Relaxing Spa Experience

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and my room was clean and spacious, although I did notice some areas could use a bit of updating. The dining options were varied, but I found some of the buffet food could have been improved. The pools were fabulous, and the overall ambiance was serene and relaxing. However, I did have some issues with the Wi-Fi allowance running out quickly and the towel card situation was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was a great experience but there’s room for improvement.
